I’m having trouble introducing loop members to Jibo

  • ​Jibo might not have received new loop member information from the app yet. Wait at least 60 seconds for Jibo’s system to update with loop information from the Jibo app.
  • Make sure the loop member has accepted the invitation. This person will appear in your app as 'Invited' until they accept. Loop members without email addresses (and children under 13) will not need to accept an invitation; they will automatically be in the loop.
  • Jibo might be pronouncing the loop member's name incorrectly. Try pronouncing loop members’ name phonetically when introducing them for the first time. Once they've been introduced, they can tell Jibo how to pronounce their name correctly.
  • Restart Jibo: Reboot Jibo.
