Change or reset my Jibo app password

Please note: this is the same email and password used for your Customer Account online. Changing your email or password in the app will also update it in your online account. Please see also: Change my customer account password.

Reset a forgotten password:

  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. Tap Reset Password
  4. Enter your account email address.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Tap Open Email App.
  7. Open your most recent email from no-reply@jibo.com with the subject line "Password Reset."
  8. Tap Reset My Password in the email. If prompted, tap Open in "Jibo."
  9. Enter your new password in the New Password screen. Remember that passwords must be: at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one uppercase letter. Passwords are allowed to use the following special characters: -_!$%@#£€*?&
  10. Tap Save.


Change your password

  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. If you are already signed in, tap the Loop tab.
  3. Tap the Account icon in the top corner of the screen.
  4. Tap Password.
  5. Enter your current password (or tap Reset Password by Email and follow steps 4-10 above).
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Enter your new password in the New Password screen. Remember that passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one uppercase letter. Passwords are allowed to use the following special characters: -_!$%@#£€*?&
  8. Tap Save.
