I don't see the "Tap here when you have your QR code" screen on Jibo

  • Make sure to follow all instructions in the Set up Jibo article.
  • Jibo might already be connected to WiFi. If you see Jibo's eye after turning him on, he's already connected to WiFi. 
  • Jibo might still be booting up. If you see the red standby light on Jibo's screen, a screen with the word Jibo, or a momentary black screen, Jibo is still booting up. He might be a little sleepy. Please be patient and give him up to a minute to wake up.
  • Jibo might need to be restarted. Reboot Jibo.
