Manage loops in the Jibo app

You can accept as many loop invitations from Jibo owners as you like. Each Jibo, however, can only have one loop associated with it and one owner.

You can also set specific avatars and loop names in the app. These avatars and names will NOT appear anywhere on the robot; they are just to help you differentiate between multiple loops on your app.

To switch between loops in the app:

  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Loop tab on the bottom menu bar.
  3. Tap the dropdown menu below the Jibo icon.
  4. Select a loop.

To change your loop ID:

  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Loop tab on the bottom menu bar.
  3. Tap the dropdown menu below the Jibo icon.
  4. Select a loop.
  5. Tap Jibo Settings
  6. Tap (YourJibo's ID
  7. Enter a new name for your loop.
  8. Confirm changes by tapping Save (iOS) or Set (Android).

To change your loop avatar:

  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Loop tab on the bottom menu bar.
  3. Tap the dropdown menu below the Jibo icon.
  4. Select a loop.
  5. Tap Jibo Settings.
  6. Tap (Your) Jibo's Avatar.
  7. Select a new avatar for your loop.
  8. Tap the back arrow twice (located in the top left corner) to return to the loop home screen.
