If you have an order with Jibo:
- Log in to your Jibo My Account page.
- In the left hand side bar click “Talk to us” OR hover over the “Hello [Your Name]!” button in the top right corner and click “ Talk to us” in the dropdown.
- Fill out the fields for in the form. The more detail you can provide our team about your issue the better we will be able to help you!
- Click the blue “Send Message” button at the bottom of the screen.
- The screen will refresh and your case has been sent. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
If you do not have an order with Jibo, you can still get help in the following ways:

- App: Tap Help on the bottom menu bar.
