Change my Jibo Customer account password

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter your Jibo Customer Account email address and click the blue Submit button.
  3. You will receive an email from no-reply@jibo.com with the subject “Password Reset."
  4. Click the blue Reset My Password button.
  5. Enter your new password in the New Password and the Confirm New Password text boxes. Remember that passwords must be: at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one uppercase letter. Passwords are allowed to use the following special characters: -_!$%@#£€*?&
  6. Click the blue Submit button.
  7. Log in to your Jibo Customer Account with your new password.
