The app froze or won't open

Try each of the following to troubleshoot the Jibo app:

  • Force quit the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your device.
  • ​Update the app.

  • Update your mobile device OS.
  • Delete the app and install it again. See Install the Jibo app.
