Standard Return Policy: Rules & Regulations

For Jibo Online Store (buy.jibo.com) returns only.

There are a few important things you should keep in mind when returning a product purchased directly from Jibo, Inc.:

Returns for Refunds:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date your order ships to return your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. 
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Jibo, Inc, either online at buy.jibo.com, or through our Indiegogo campaign, can be returned to Jibo, Inc. Jibo products purchase through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies. 
  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Jibo Customer Care or your return will not be processed.  Be certain to save copies of this number for your records.
  • All returned products must be returned in good condition, in the original box, and with all accessories to ensure you receive a full refund. Please be sure the item you're return is repacked with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included 
  • Shipping charges for returning Jibo are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • In the rare case where your product arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and Jibo Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.

​Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned product, you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
