I can't login to my Customer account

Your Jibo app account and online Customer account use the same email and password. If you are a new user, you need to first create an account in your Jibo app. See:  It may take a few minutes for your Customer account to sync after you create an account in the mobile app. If you have trouble logging in immediately, try again later.
