I'm having WiFi issues with a companion app

In order to connect to Jibo with a companion app (Be a Maker or Jibo Commander), your mobile device and your robot must both be connected to the same WiFi network.

If you are having issues with WiFi, double-check the connection on both your mobile device and your Jibo.
