Please note: this is the same email and password used for your Customer Account online. Changing your email or password in the app will also update it in your online account. See: Change my customer account email address
- Open the Jibo app on your phone.
- Tap the Loop icon on the bottom menu bar.
- Tap the Account icon in the top corner of the screen.
- Tap the Email field.
- Confirm your password.
- Tap Next
- Enter your new email address.
- Tap Next.
