Change my app email address

Please note: this is the same email and password used for your Customer Account online. Changing your email or password in the app will also update it in your online account. See: Change my customer account email address.
  1. Open the Jibo app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Loop icon on the bottom menu bar.
  3. Tap the Account icon in the top corner of the screen.
  4. Tap the Email field.
  5. Confirm your password.
  6. Tap Next
  7. Enter your new email address.
  8. Tap Next.
