App is stuck on the WiFi QR code screen

  • If Jibo is showing his viewfinder and doesn't seem to scan the QR code, see Jibo won't scan my WiFi QR code.
  • If you see an error message on Jibo’s screen, please see the Error messages page.
  • If Jibo has accepted the QR code and connected to WiFi, but the app won’t progress, click Done on the QR code app screen. If your app is still stuck, please force quit the app and restart it.
